The subtitles were correct, showing "Farage's source", not "Farage is the source" as you thought you heard.

In that phrase the man said a kind of didn't now which were confusing for me. What are those words or a word and what they do mean?

He doesn't say "didn't" at all. He says a clipped "d" after "for" but I don't know what he was starting to say. He clearly changed his mind.
