I was a little confused about the verb I should use in this sentence: 'Another problem is the hospital' or 'Another problem are the hospitals.'
Which is the correct form?

Not a teacher.

The problem is the hospital.
The problem is the hospitals.

The hospital is a problem.
The hospitals are a problem.
