Any student of law should be familiar with moral and ethics

I really struggle to know when should I write preposition "of" and when not ,especially in writing or in translating text from Arabic into English.
In the examples below, I do not know which one is correct

1- Any law student should be familiar with moral and ethics.
2-Any student of law should be familiar with moral and ethics.
3- I study at college of science.
4- I student at science college.

Don't know how to use "of" correctly ,sad to say, curbs my writing essays and paragraphs

You haven't made any mistakes with "of" in those sentences.

There are other mistakes however.

As a general rule, and which may not always apply, you need "of" when you're referring to something that "belongs" to another.
The King of England.
A student of physics.
The father of the boy.

1- Any law student should be familiar with moral and ethics.

2-Any student of law should be familiar with moral and ethics.

Both are correct but you need "morals". Or "morality".

3- I study at college of science.

You need ...a college of... or ...the college of... depending on context.

4- I student at science college.

I'm a student at a/the science college.
