apparently=clearly?

"Apparent" can mean either "clear" or "seeming".
But can "apparently" mean either "clearly" or "seemingly"? Or only the latter?

In this case, "apparently" means "clearly", "evidently", or "plainly".

You'll run into more of this if you're still a student.
 
I have never used "apparently" to mean "clearly". If I wanted to use a word that means "clearly" I already have one: clearly.

It doesn't. Mathematical skills and logical reasoning have to be used to arrive at this possibly unexpected answer,
