Is there any difference between blonde and fair?
Online forums say that there is no particular difference between them and we can use them interchangeably. Chat GPT says that all blonde hair is fair, but not all fair hair is blonde.

'Blonde' denotes a particular yellowish hair colour. 'Fair' denotes skin complexion more than hair colour. You can think of it very simply as meaning 'not dark'. So yes, blonde hair does count as fair hair by being more specific.

Note that if you want to follow the traditional spellings, it's "blond" for males and "blonde" for females. However, in reality, most people will choose their favoured spelling and use it for both sexes.
