Dear teachers, is it possible to say "Call me when free"? Meaning "call me when you have time to do it".
 
No. This is the kind of shorthand you see in text messages. "Call me when you're free" or "Call me when you have time" is what you should say.
 
maybe .... Call me when you are disengaged.
