Diary - It's very cold now

It's very cold now, and I find my allergy flares up when I wake up in the morning. My nose is stuffed, and after several minutes, the symptom will relieve. I used to think that I got a cold. However, once, my runny nose was very serious, so I went to see the doctor and he said it was an allergy. Now, I can differentiate between a cold and an allergy.
