I was asked the difference between -ed and -ing adjectives. I know that they can be both used to describe things and people but it seems that there are other differences..

For example: "He is interesting.". That is, he has an affect on someone. "He is interested." That is, someone/thing has an affect on him.

What are the differences between -ado and -ando adjectives in Spanish? I think you'll find some similarities.
