I would like to know the difference between study for and without for?


I study English, French and Italian. Or for English, French and Italian.

I study English, French and Italian. Or for English, French and Italian.

In the context of that short sentence, using "for" is incorrect.

I study English.
I am studying English.
I am studying for an English exam.
