Someone kept posting pictures and emojis in my online chat group simply because he sent a wrong message. He was afraid that others could see his message so he kept flooding the group. Is it natural to say "Don't flood" if I want to ask him to stop the behavior?

I'd add an object - "Don't flood the chat."

Alternately, you could say "Don't spam the chat."

If you're the admin/moderator of the group, it would have been simpler for that person to ask you to remove the "wrong message".
