Isn't it wrong to say "every two days" in a sentence like mine? Should I use "every second day" instead?


"The classes/courses are held every two days."
 
No, they mean the same thing though I think "every second day" is more common.
 
They both work, as does "every other day".

All of them work only for a course/class that lasts just one day.
