Excuse me, where is the place where I can renew my passport?

I asked a local real estator (who works for a real estate) when I wanted to get the expired passport renewed.

Is the italic sentence natural?

See above. Your original sentence was unnecessarily wordy and the repetition of "where" was very awkward.
In AmE, it's a realtor. In BrE, it's an estate agent. Having used that job title, you don't need the part in brackets at all. The only reason I left it there was to show you that people don't work for "a real estate". They either work "for a real estate company" or they work "in real estate".

What has a real estate agent got to do with renewing passports?!

Hmm, I don't know if this is also true in Irap or the UK. Right here in my city, those agents know very well where different places are because they'll lead the customers to those places and show them around. So, when I am new in a place, and if I want to find another venue, I'll consult the agents.

I forgot to say that I went to the place which is not far from the center where I could have my passport renewed. I did it because I have noticed that my contexts have been more often than not redundant.

See my corrections above. In the UK, I'm sure estate agents know the town where they live very well but that wouldn't help in your situation. Here, your passport can only be renewed by the central Passport Office and it's done by post. In dire emergencies, you can have it done in person but it's very expensive and you might have to travel a very long way to get to the office.

I don't understand. If you didn't know where to get your passport renewed, how could you know you were not far from the centre where you could get your passport renewed?

You did what? If you're saying that you chose to omit that information because of problems with context in other threads, that directly contradicts the opening of the previous paragraph in which you said that you "forgot" to say that. It can't be both. You either forgot to add the context or you left it out on purpose!

It's true that some contexts have been redundant or, more accurately, you've provided the wrong information thinking that it classes as context. Here's how this one could have looked:

Recently, I needed to get my passport renewed but I wasn't sure where to get it done. I know that local realtors (estate agents) know their areas very well so I popped into a realtor's office and said to one of them "Hi. Could you please tell me where I can get my passport renewed?"

Of course I know the place of the Passport Office here (I don't know if it's called a Passport Office but I'll use yours.) but I don't know the exact place. I found the address online and when I got to the place, I still couldn't find the office because the roads and streets here are zigzagging and therefore it's called "mountainous city".

In that case, you're asking the wrong question. I'd ask "Hi. I'm trying to get my passport renewed. I've got the address of the office but I just can't find it! Can you help me?"
