Many countries have their own barbecue and cooking recipes and cookware are similar to one another. However, Korean barbecue has its unique system. For the other barbecues, you use stand-alone grills or stoves to cook the meat, but for Korean barbecue, you use a charcoal grill fixed onto/combined with the table, which makes it possible to cook the meat real time.

Are the underlined correct?

standalone grills, or stoves

fixed onto the table

Charcoal grill built into the table.
You say something is built-in when it is an integral part of the design.

What do you mean by "cook the meat real time"?

Try:

Many countries have their own barbecue and cooking recipes, and the cookware tends to be similar.

Usually when we use the word recipe we're talking about something to eat, and while there might very well be cooking involved we don't bother using that word. In short, just say recipes.
