I usually work on Friday.

Is it correct to say " I usually work Fridays" ?

I would say,"I usually work on Fridays".
 
Would it change the original sentence if we ever used "every"? I mean which one would be correct "I usually work every Friday" or "I usually work every Fridays". I think I once read that only the first sentence would be correct.

If you use "every", it's "Friday" singular.
