I was having lunch with He in a restaurant and I met Eric with his friend. Since I was still eating I didn't talk with Eric. After my friend and I finished the lunch, I went to Eric's table and sat there with him for a while, chatting.

Eric: How are you doing?
Silver: Good. Wait, did you say "how" or "what" are you doing?
Eric: I said "How".
Silver: Okay, good, you?
Eric: Me too.
Silver: I was having lunch with a retired psychologist just now.
Eric: Don't tell me you're getting professional help from them.
Silver: I am.
Eric: Well, good luck.
Silver: Thanks. Have a good time eating.

I don't think the italic sentence is natural. What can I say to Eric to wish him a good time having lunch with his friend.

Is "He" somebody's name?

I would probably say:

I saw Eric, who was with his friend.

I don't like 'Enjoy your meal' as it sounds to me like something only an employee would say. You can just say 'Enjoy'.
