He has been invited.

I was thinking it was present perfect continuous tense but makes no logic. Invitation is just a one time event.

It is simple present perfect tense.

How can we easily identify which is present perfect tense and present perfect continuous tense?

The continuous tenses use an -ing form.

I am having my breakfast.
He was reading a book.
She'll be coming round the mountain when she comes.
He would have been looking for his sister when you saw him.

It's the passive voice of the present perfect tense.

I thought 'has+been' is always present perfect continuous. I was wrong. Thanks.
