This is a sample sentence from the book above. I have two questions.
1.The books says when the antecedent is modified by an superlative adjective, the relative pronoun can only be “that”. Is that true?
2.The clause “that ever lived” uses the past simple tense. Is it correct? I mean whether it should use the present perfect tense like this: that has ever lived.
