In my view, they should all include 'With' at the beginning to be greatly improved.

My experience of teaching in China led me to believe that many 'renowned/famous/prestigious' professors or teachers of English had serious gaps in their understanding of English grammar.

Many non-native teachers do not have the personal knowledge of using the language that native speakers have. . They teach what they have been taught by other non-native teachers. I have enormous respect for such non-native academic writers such as Chrisophersen, Declerck, Jespersen, Kruisinga, Poutsma, Sandved, Svartvik, Zandvoort and others, all of whom have a greater understanding of how English works than most native speakers, and who have helped us increase our understanding of English. However, I would recommend to non-native speakers who wish to become teachers that they use reference books written by native speakers.

(I also respect the thousands of non-native-speaking teachers who do a wonderful job of teaching English all over the world.)

They're not considered prestigious by us. Far from it.

I know it's not easy to judge how good a textbook is if you're not trained or experienced in doing so, but if you select books written by native English speakers, there will be an increased chance that the author is highly proficient. At the very least, you'll have something of a guarantee that the author has a sense of natural grammar, even if he's a terrible writer. If you want some recommendations, ask us. You don't have to rely on prestige.
