Al Pacino in the film 'Scent of a woman' is talking about his pep cat around, he says, "He's chasin' that Calico ginch from the track houses again!"
Would you please tell me what underline words mean?

"Calico" is a colour so it's the colour of the "ginch" - this is a slang term for a woman of ill-repute (a woman who gives away sexual favours freely) so the character is suggesting that the cat is a female cat which is happy to have sex with any of the local male cats. I think a "track house" is a house where drug addicts go to inject themselves with drugs. "Tracks" refer to the marks on their arms (and other parts of the anatomy) which are left from injecting drugs.

Note that it's his pet cat, not pep cat.
