You're not writing a letter. If you need an opener, use "Hello".

I should hope you want to study well. There's not much point studying anything if you're not going to study it well.

So How can I improve my English skills?

Don't start sentences with "So". Don't capitalise common nouns.

Please advise me.

Start every sentence with a capital letter.
