Hello,
How can I suggest politely a professor name to my professor as a member in a jury?
My professor going to choose two names as members for a jury and I would like to give him my opinion about one professor I know to be as one member of the jury.

Can I say:

" Dear Dr.Smith,
I hope you are doing well,
This is Sara, regarding the members of the jury may I suggest a name to take a place in the jury. He is dr.Jhon

Thank you very much

Can I say:

" Dear Dr.Smith,
[STRIKE]I hope you are doing well,[/STRIKE] This is not appropriate in a formal email in English-speaking societies. It's quite irrelevant.
[STRIKE]This is Sara[/STRIKE], He should know who you are, because you are going to put your name at the bottom of the email.
regarding the members of the jury may I suggest a name to take a place in the jury. He is dr.Jhon Capitalise Dr. and make sure his name is actually Dr Jhon, and not John.

Dear Dr Smith,
Regarding [or Concerning] the members of the XYZ jury, I would like to recommend Dr. Jhon, [because ...]

Regards,
Sara X

You probably should give a reason why you think Dr. Jhon would fill the role well.
