Which one is correct?

1- I am the only person loving mangoes.
1a- I am the only person who loves mangoes.

2- I am the only person having been working for this company for 20 years.
2a- I am the only person who have been working for this company for 20 years.

3- I am the only person facing this problem.
3a- I am the only person who is facing this problem

Did you write all six sentences yourself? If not, where did you find them?

If you are going to use that system, I suggest:

1a - I am the only person loving mangoes.
1b - I am the only person who loves mangoes.

The more I look at the first one the less I like it. As for the second one, we don't normally love fruit. However, it's not wrong.

2a is ungrammatical. 2b is grammatical if you change "have" to "has".

Both 3a and 3b are grammatical sentences.

If I wrote 2a like this, will that be grammatical?
- I am the only person working for the company for 20 years.

If I wrote 2a like this, WOULD that be grammatical?
- I am the only person WHO HAS BEEN working for the company for 20 years.
Now it is.

1- I am the only person loving mangoes.
That's no good. The reason is that it is parsed as the shortened version of "I am the only person who is loving mangoes", and the problem with that is "love" is a stative verb and not typically used in the "-ing" form.
1a- I am the only person who loves mangoes.
OK.
2- I am the only person having been working for this company for 20 years.
That's no good.
2a- I am the only person who have been working for this company for 20 years.
That's no good, but if you change "have" to "has", it can work.
3- I am the only person facing this problem.
OK. This is the shortened version of 3a.
3a- I am the only person who is facing this problem
OK.
