-Do you have somebody to help me?
-No, I don't have somebody to help you.

Can the bolded be correct if I mean that I have no particular person in mind? The exchange is mine.

It sounds snarky and sarcastic. If you don't want that, then use 'anybody' or 'anyone'.

Abe: Do you have somebody who can help me?
Bob: Sorry, I don't. I don't have anybody who can help you.

Where do you need a question mark in post #1?
