I have a list of the weekly English activities of my neighborhood. We had Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday ones in the past. Yesterday, Mike told me he wanted to host a new one on Thursday. I then added the information of his club to my list. However, I added only the time and place where the club was going to be held and I forgot the host’s name.

After I posted the new information list in our group (an online group everyone can be kept updated), I said to them:

I forgot to say that the host of the Thursday English club would be Mike Yang; his club starts this Thursday. (When I posted the new list, it was Monday.)

Is my sentence natural and grammatical?

You post the latest information as an update. There is no need to say you forgot.

I posted the screenshot of the list (with the new activity added to it) in the afternoon and told them that I forgot to add the name in the evening. Mike Yang is famous among those English club attendees.

I disagree, using "forgot" shows that it is the OP's error rather than Mike's. When you are publishing listings, as I used to do professionally, you have to be careful not to offend contributors.

I should have said that I added the venue and the information of the Thursday club but I didn't add Mike's name there in the list. So I said "I forgot to..." I wonder if this sentence is natural and grammatical.

I forgot to say that the host of the Thursday English club would be Mike Yang; his club starts this Thursday.

I forgot to say that the host of the Thursday English club would will be Mike Yang; his club he starts this Thursday.
See above for my suggested changes. You could also say something like "I forgot to mention that the host of the Thursday English club from 16 January onwards will be Mike Yang".
