I'm not sure if I got the idea of what a relative pronoun is. I think "there" is a relative pronoun in this sentence "I just that someday you will be able to forgive me." and demonstrative pronoun in the sentence "That's not funny." Am I right?

You are asking about 'that', not 'there'.

"I just that someday you will be able to forgive me."
You are missing a verb such as 'hope'

'That' is a subordinator in the first sentence, and a pronoun in the second.

Thank you. Is that used in a relative clause in: I just hope that someday you will be able to forgive me ?

I just hope that someday you will be able to forgive me ?
There is no relative clause there.

Here is an example of releative 'that':

I found the book that you lost last week.
