I rarely shop in supermarket anymore because online purchasing offers various options and more inexpensive prices.

Is this italic sentence natural?

Please allow me to ask one more question about the corrected sentence.

Will "rarely" contradict "anymore"?

No. I can see where you're coming from, though. Logically (and possibly technically), you might expect:

I rarely shop in supermarkets these days ...
I don't often shop in supermarkets anymore ...

The first indicates a simple fact. It doesn't mention whether you used to do so. The second shows you're making some kind of comparison (by the use of "anymore") but "often" doesn't refer to how regularly you used to shop there.
