Hello, can you please explain what is the difference between I will submit my hw 'within tomorrow' and I will submit my hw 'by tomorrow'.

Please note my corrections above and that I have changed your thread title. Title should include some/all of at least one of the sentences you're asking us about.

The difference is that using "by tomorrow" is correct and "within tomorrow" is not.
