Hello,

How to answer the negative statement?

(1) If I have profession, I need to answer yes, or no?
Original text: Without profession. Yes/No.

(2) If there no other parent, I need to answer yes, or no?
Original text: There is no other parent/educator. Yes/No.

Thanks

Arthur

None of the questions, answers or explanations are grammatical. I can't make sense of any of it. Where did you find these questions?

Logically, the answers are these:

1) No
2) Yes

But it's a very odd context indeed, and the attachment in post#1 doesn't open for us to see.

@Arthur We can't open attachments with the "png" suffix. You need to convert it to "jpg/jpeg" format and try again.

May I know how to tick.

My situation:
(1) I have profession
(2) There no other parent.

"I have a profession" makes sense. I don't know what you mean by "There is no other parent".

I don't know what "May I know how to tick?" means, but I do know it needs a question mark.

Hello.

How to should I answer the a negative statement?

(1) If I have a profession, do I need to answer "Yes" no comma here or "No"?
Original text: Without profession. Yes/No. You need to answer "No" here. The full question is "Are you without a profession?"

(2) If there is no other parent, do I need to answer "Yes" no comma here or "No"?
Original text: There is no other parent/educator. Yes/No. You need to answer "Yes" here. Take the full question to be "There is no other parent/educator. Is that correct?"

Thanks. (Unnecessary. Thank us after we help you, by adding the "Thanks" icon to any response you find helpful.)
