I'm trying to write a script:

MOM is making breakfast. DAD is setting the table.

MOM: Breakfast is ready in two minutes.

DAD: Okay. I'll go wake Beth. / I'll go wake up Beth. / I'll go wake Beth up. / I'll go up and wake Beth. / I'll go up and wake up Beth. / I'll go up and wake Beth up.

Which one of these is more natural to you if Beth, their daughter, is sleeping in her room upstairs?

Most natural in BrE: "I'll go and wake Beth up".

I'll go wake Beth.✅
I'll go wake up Beth.✅
I'll go wake Beth up.✅
I'll go up and wake Beth.✅
I'll go up and wake up Beth.❌
I'll go up and wake Beth up.❌

The first four are all possible. The last two are grammatical, but unnatural with the repetition of 'up'.

I'd personally use either the second or third.
