I'd say that it's only correct as far as it's appropriate to the context it's meant to be used in.

I think you probably mean to the use the present simple, not the present continuous.

Choose between "always" and "every day". Using both is tautologous.

Not always. I always work hard from 9am to 9pm every day. Then I potter for the next couple of hours.
