Yes, "on the job training" is a common expression, but "I don't drink in the job" is not. Do you mean that you don't drink at work?

Yes. That's what I meant. Do we ever say "in the job"?
 
"I don´t drink on the job" is correct.
 
Most things that mean "while I am at work" will be "on the job."
You can't drink on the job. I got on-the-job training. Etc.
