Hello, which of the words in bold is correct?

1- This is the hotel that we used to eat in.
1a- This is the hotel in which/where we used to eat.

2- We live in an age when/in which/that we don't want to talk to each other.

3- This could alienate Iraq’s Kurds at a time in which/that/when they play a much stronger role in the Council of the Republic.

First, note that I have improved the layout of your post. Please give us complete sentences for each preposition. It makes it much easier for us to simply mark them with a ✅ or a ❌ (as I have done).

With the first, note that most native speakers would simply say "This is the hotel we used to eat in/at".
