I have a simple sentence, but I am struggling a lot with articles. Could you tell me which of the following is correct please?

1. This test has a sensitivity of 95% and a specificity of 97%.

2. This test has a sensitivity of 95% and specificity of 97%.

3. This test has sensitivity of 95% and specificity of 97%.
