Every week, there are some activities at different English clubs here in my city, usually from Monday to Sunday. There's one in a pizza restaurant every wednesday.

A new friend who came to the Wednesday club asked me "Is the English club held on every wednesday?". Is this question natural?

No. Delete ‘on’.

That's every day of the week! It doesn't make sense to say "from Monday to Sunday". Delete "Every week" and start with "Every day".

I'm not sure how you remembered to capitalise Monday and Sunday but failed to capitalise Wednesday!

I don't know what you mean by "a new friend". The person was either already your friend or they were new.

You capitalised the second "Wednesday" but not the first! Are you remembering to read your posts really carefully before submitting them?

… and again after posting them while you have time to edit them?

A new friend means "it was the first time for that person to come to that in-person English club". Usually people add me online first for some information about our English clubs but we never meet each other. So when one comes to an English club (one of our English clubs), I call them "new friends" or "newly-met friends".

Sorry, I did check the posts before posting them. I'm sorry for forgetting capitalize Wednesday here. I'll bear this in mind too.

Much appreciated!

I want to be more specific. Are the following two options better? Someone who attended the Wednesday English club for the first time and in the venue he asked me:

a) Is this English club held every Wednesday?
b) Does this English club meet every Wednesday?

They're both okay. I nominally prefer the second one, but there's nothing wrong with the first option, either.
