1) It will take me one hour to finish. ("It"=the task)
2) It will take me one hour to finish it. (The second "it"=the task)
3) Finishing it will take me one hour. ("It"=the task)

Are these sentences all correct?
 
Bear in mind that when say something will take us a certain amount of time, it's pretty much implied in the statement that we're talking about seeing it through to completion. The entire idea can be expressed simply as "It'll take me an hour".
