Hello.

Is it correct to say "cooking" is a "talent"? Or is it a skill?

Is this sentence I have written correct and natural?

Jack is a man of many talents, among which cooking is the most notable.

The choice of noun is a personal one, depending on whether you see cooking as an art or a science.

Is my sentence correct if I consider cooking an art?

Yes, that is why it is also called a culinary art.

What if I want to use culinary skills/arts?

Is this correct and natural?

Jack is a man of many talents, among which culinary arts is the most notable.

It's grammatical, but cooking is better in most contexts.

I'd say the culinary arts if I had to use that sentence.
