Please tell me if my understanding is correct.
1. Joe has been jogging twice a week for two years.
We focus on the duration of two years here. Joe could be jogging at the moment of speaking or not.

2. Lisa has jogged every two days for three months.
Lisa could be jogging at the moment of speaking or not.

3. Present perfect continuous refers to something happening at the moment of speaking or just stopping not long before now.

1. Joe has been jogging twice a week for two years.

One problem with this sentence is that we often 'go jogging' rather than just 'jog'. This would therefore often be uttered, and understood, as a non-continuous form. (The present perfect of BE is used as a present form of GO in some contexts.)

I go jogging once a week.
I went jogging yesterday.
I have been jogging every week this year.
