Hi,

“Kindly advise in this regard.”

Is the above sentence correct?

I think users of Indian English might say yes, but for my variant of English, no. We tend to use "kindly" rather sarcastically. Also, "advise" requires an object. "In this regard" is not natural either.

Can you give us some context so we can work out a natural way of saying it. Who are you writing this to? What does "in this regard" refer to?

For example there is a long email trail and you need the other person to advise on the question posed

For example, there is a long email trail and you need the other person to advise on answer the a question that had been posed.

I think you need a longer sentence, such as "Please give me your thoughts on my question in my email of [date]".
