Is this correct and natural?

Larry listened to his favorite song to an extent others might describe as ad nauseam, but for him the song never got old. In fact every time he listened to it, he enjoyed it a bit more.

If not, how can I use Larry "ad nauseam" in this context?

Yes, you can use "ad nauseam" in that sentence. In fact, it's perfect.

Apart from emsr2d2's correction, I can't find anything to object to, other than that it's wordy.
