What should I say?

1. Let's get back to work. :tick:
2. Let's get back to the work. This only works if you are referring to a specific work, ie a piece of music or a novel, something which individually is known as "a work".
3. Come back in queue. :cross:
4. Come back in the queue. :cross:

3 and 4 don't work. I'm not quite sure what you are trying to say with them. Perhaps you mean "Rejoin the queue" which you could say to someone who left the queue for some reason and now want to queue again. Perhaps you mean "Go to the back of the queue" which is what you might say to someone who is trying to push in (take a place in the queue without joining the end of the queue.)

Let's say, a teacher is discussing a matter for a while and not teaching a subject and after a while the teacher should say "let's get back to the subject" or "let's get back to subject".

Could I say "get back to study" or "get back to the study" after discussing something else?

How about something like Let's get back to today's subject?
