Hi guys, [STRIKE]have[/STRIKE] does this [STRIKE]word[/STRIKE] phrase have a meaning: quote on?
Thanks.
p.
I'd use "quote for" in that sentence.Thank you.
For example.. "Could I have a quote on your translation service"?
Is it correct?
Thanks
It's not a phrase as such. It's just a noun used with a preposition, as in the following:
I found that quote on page 65.
He wrote the quote on the board.
He passed the quote on to his colleague.
He gave me a quote for his services.
Thanks. What's the meaning of this phrase He passed the quote on to his colleague?
