If our office has two addresses and I am talking to someone over the phone regarding this, first address is of New York and second is of Virginia and that person asks me which address to use. Would it be correct to say "New york one"?. If I want him to use New york address.

Tufguy, please edit your post to use correct capitalisation on the name of the city. After that, we will answer your question.

Additionally, as you have been told before, your sentence beginning with 'If' must not end with a full stop.

I think the OP doesn't know that the if-clause and the main clause cannot be two separate sentences, but I am not a teacher.

The OP has been told that many, many times.

I have done it

I have done it.

You have also been told countless times that you must end every sentence with a punctuation mark and yet I find myself again correcting it. Please concentrate.

No, you haven't. 'New York' is still uncapitalised more than once.

I blame myself for approving this thread from moderation. If I could live my life again, I would delete it.

In fact, I think you've made it worse! I didn't spot that because I simply believed you when you said "I have done that". You now have "New york" three times. It is wrong each time. Try again.

Sorry guys, I have tried again. Actually I am confused that what I have to do. Please tell me one. I am cinfused about capitalisation.

I think the OP can simply click on 'Member Info' under my username and look at the current location, then he will know how to properly capitalize a city name consisting of two words, but I am not a teacher.

Tufguy, any search on Google could have told you that it's New York. I am quite certain that you must have seen the city's name written down before and it should have taken you about 2 seconds to find out the answer. It should not have taken us 2 pages of comments to get to this point.
