She is convinced that a seventh win will seal legendary status.” _________________, and hopefully I will be by his side all the time.We do achieve it. He has that determination and once he is in that chair, once he is in a race _______, he is a different guy.”

The two blanks are where I am not sure. Can any native help me to hear them out?

Thanks!

Jason

I am not a teacher.

I hear this:

She is convinced that a seventh win would seal legendary status.” I don't think he'll settle till he gets it, you know and hopefully I will be by his side all the time, till we do achieve it. But, he's got that determination and once he's in that chair, once he's in a race situation, he's a different guy.”

I managed to catch "I don't [...] till he gets it.", but I couldn't figure out what she was saying in [...].
I thought it could be a verb beginning with 'f'.

(Edit) Is it not "She is convinced the seventh win would ..."? No, it isn't. (I was wrong) It sounds like "She is convinced a seventh win would ...".

Actually you're right, and wrong.

She doesn't say "that" but she doesn't say "the" either. It's, "She is convinced a seventh win..."

The verb beginning with 'f' is fink.
