Which preposition is correct or are both correct? Is there a difference?

I obtained a BA from / at university of London.

Thanks a lot

'from' is preferable.

***NOT A TEACHER***

Should 'the' be added before 'University of London"?

It can be used. You asked if it should be used. There is no obligation to do so in the context of the OP's sentence.

I would use the University of London in that sentence.
