I am wondering why I could not find the word, “outage” in my dictionaries, which means power off. I want to know its pronunciation.

Two things. One, that is very strange. (It should be in all of them.) Two, if you insist on defining the word you are asking about, I suggest that you do it like that.

I suggest you bookmark Forvo. Open the site, choose English from the list of languages, then type outage in the search box. It will bring up multiple recordings of native speakers saying the word.
I agree with the others that it's very strange that you couldn't find the word in any of the countless online English dictionaries.
