I have heard pay by cash and pay with cash or pay in cash. Are all of them correct?

We can only say "pay with credit card", with is the only choice, right?

Also, I'd like to know whether we should say "I haven't got cash with me" or "on me".

Very Many Thanks!

I have heard pay by cash and pay with cash or pay in cash. Are all of them correct? Yes, they're all used.

We can only say "pay with credit card", with is the only choice, right? No. In fact, I would use "pay by credit card" or "pay by card". If I used "with", I would say "with a credit card".

Also, I'd like to know whether we should say "I haven't got cash with me" or "on me". They're both fine.

Very many thanks!

See above.
