My daughter goes to a private teacher’s home for learning English. We want to discontinue the course due to some reasons. I’ll send whatsapp to the teacher as follows:

Hello Miss.x
Every time when we go to your home, we have to carry a school bag which is very heavy and we have a long way to walk. Hence, I am sorry to inform you that Joey will not go to your home for learning English from March onwards.

I would be obligied if you could correct my English or made it simple.

Thanks.

Dear Miss x,

I am sorry to inform you that Joey will not be coming for any more English lessons after the end of February. Our long walk to your home with a heavy school bag is getting too much for us.

Thank you for all you have done for him.

Yours sincerely,

[Your name]

Thanks Matthew:)

Do you think if the above message is too long if I send whatsapp?
A message containing just a few sentences like yours is not long.
Also, I don't deserve your thanks because I am not a teacher.

Unless Whatsapp has a limit to the number of characters you can put in one message, it's fine.

Feel free to thank anyone whose comments you find helpful - there is no rule saying you can only thank teachers!

Thanks Rover

Is it possible to use 'will not come' in place of 'will not be coming'? I googled the meaning of 'getting too much for us' but I couldn't find it. 'What does this phrase mean ?
