Hi teachers,
Is it necessary to write 'nd' and 'th' after these numbers?
Classes from February 2nd to March 29th

Thanks in advance

It's certainly not necessary if you write the number first:

Classes run from 29 February to 29 March.

Hi,
Thank you for your reply.

Hi,
One more question please.

Classes run from 29 February to 29 March. According to the statement you have given me. Should I write, 'Dates' in front of it? Is there a better one?

Thanks in advance

Where would you write the word "Dates" with the sentence you posted in blue?

Dates: Classes run from 29 February to 29 March.

Dates: Classes run from 29 February to 29 March.

That's not absolutely necessary. It's clear from "29 February to 29 March" that you are talking about the dates of the classes. You might use it in a list:

Class: English for Beginners
Dates: 29 February to 29 March
Time: 8pm
Location: Room 23, Scott Building, Manchester University

Either: Classes run from 29 February to 29 March.
Or: Course Dates: 29 February to 29 March.
