Hi at all!

Although I read a lot about the difference between probability and likelihood, and when to use it, I struggle when I have to use it in the following context. Which one is correct:

  1. "probability of low data quality"
  2. "likelihood of low data quality"
I found both versions used on the Internet.

Would appreciate your help,
best regards,
Marcel

I don't see much (if any) practical difference between the two. Having said that, I think "probability" is more likely to more likely to be used in areas such as statistics.

(You've done more typing than you need to do.)
