Please advise on the punctuation for the following sentence in a legal document. I am wondering if commas should be inserted before and after "in writing."

The Member may, from time to time as it deems advisable, appoint officers of the Company and assign in writing titles (including, without limitation, President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer) to any such person.
